This video is not new -- it was first published over the American Express Open Forum in the beginning of 2009. I was reminded of it today, however, and went back to refresh. I think I like it so much because it's pretty easy to get down on yourself about a mistake, particularly the senseless ones which could be completely avoidable. But, as the video reminds us, everyone makes mistakes, everyone fails -- it's what you do after that counts.
